Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Facebook)

Algofy is an American start-up performance marketing agency with operations in Barcelona. We have grown quickly and currently manage 70+ accounts around the world, helping businesses grow by leveraging advertising data on GoogleFacebook, and Amazon predominantly.

The Paid Ads Specialist opening is specific to our growing .com team – which is focused on PPC advertising services across Search and Social platforms. This position is responsible for the management and execution of business strategy predominantly on our clients’ behalf. You will work closely with driven and talented experts on our .com team to solve challenging problems with data and technical expertise. You should be process-oriented and solutions focused, as well as organized and detail-oriented. This is not a rigid environment and people that would enjoy working here are those that like to take initiative themselves to pursue challenges with their own ideas — which is encouraged and supported by algofy.

Your Tasks Will Include

  • Providing insight focused on increasing leads and sales.

  • Setting up campaigns in Google and Facebook (and maybe others) to optimize for sales and leads.

  • Configuration of custom audiences and niche segments to impact specific target audiences most likely to purchase our client’s products.

  • Analysis of results in Google ads, Analytics, and our own custom dashboards.

  • Developing strategy for optimization based on campaign results, KPIs and best practices.

  • Monitoring new advertising features and industry trends on social platforms, and make recommendations for new campaign types, tactics and audience segments.

Your Skills And Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of managing Google ads accounts. Preferably more.

  • Social experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you.

  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.

  • Agency experience preferred.

  • Excel/Google Sheets proficient.

  • English required.

  • Analytical mind and able to optimize campaigns.
